Returning the item: Please return the item to the address provided by customer service and keep the mailing receipt for subsequent inquiries.

Product Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it is eligible for a refund.
Refund processing: If the product meets the refund conditions, we will process the refund within 2 working days after confirmation, and the refund will be returned to the account originally paid.
